Shelley is by far the best listener I have ever met. She is very compassionate and caring and really makes you feel seen and heard. To me, therapy often means looking at yourself in a mirror and not always liking what you see, but Shelley holds that mirror with care and makes it a much easier process. I am so thankful for her guidance.
