Poor practice and bedside manner. Provider renders services which are not necessary causing member liability during an annual visit. Previous annual visit physician failed to properly document orders causing great delay in prescription fills and even failed to receive a medication in general. This office is entirely inept.

I cannot attest to the level of care overall (I was not a patient long) but I can tell you that the dr was abrupt and many of the staff members were outright rude. Going to a doctor of any type - but particularly this type of doctor - should be a trusting and safe experience. I have felt less patronized and disregarded in an IRS office.

I have had appointments at both the Seminole and Clearwater offices in the past two months. Both times I was treated with kindness and respect. I needed surgery, and Dr. Young was incredibly thorough and informative. She took time to visit with me and had an excellent bedside manner. In addition, I believe her surgical technique is superior to others in the area.

Waited an hour and a half past the scheduled time when my daughter finally got to see the midwife it was only for five minutes (tops). The office staff was unprofessional and uncaring, didn't smile, didn't apologize for the wait time, and didn't tell us the wait time until pressed for an answer. You would think the doctors would be concerned about losing patients, but apparently they are unconcerned also. The midwife had excuses when it was suggested there should be an alternative so patients didn't have to wait. This is one... read more
