I can give nothing but praise for Dr. Shellee & staff. They were very concerned & polite about my situation. My daughter & I meet them last year and we look forward to any future appointments. Dr. Shellee took her time & spoke in our terms so we could understand my upcoming surgery. She checked up on me after surgery to make certain things were going well. I have nothing to say negatively about this office.
Rushed appointment. She seemed disinterested as soon as I said, I was the first two more prescriptions. Drove out of my way to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription she advised and it wasn't even called in.
We had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Ogawa. My wife has been dealing with unusual urinary symptoms, and we were hopeful this appointment would be a step toward understanding and resolving them. Unfortunately, the doctor did not take the time to listen or allow us to fully explain the situation. The visit felt rushed, and we left with a prescription that has had no positive effect. Doctor Ogawa is amazing. I usually experience anxiety whenever I see any Doctor. Not so with Doctor Ogawa. Her patience and compassion are beyond compare. She listened to my every concern. I never felt we were pressed for time. Her attention was on helping me as if I were her only patient. Her knowledge and soft spoken manner are comforting. I strongly challenge any negative comment regarding Doctor Ogawa. The health field needs more Doctors like her. Thank you Mercy for having Doctor Ogawa among your team.
