We had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Ogawa. My wife has been dealing with unusual urinary symptoms, and we were hopeful this appointment would be a step toward understanding and resolving them. Unfortunately, the doctor did not take the time to listen or allow us to fully explain the situation. The visit felt rushed, and we left with a prescription that has had no positive effect. Doctor Ogawa is amazing. I usually experience anxiety whenever I see any Doctor. Not so with Doctor Ogawa. Her patience and compassion are beyond compare. She listened to my every concern. I never felt we were pressed for time. Her attention was on helping me as if I were her only patient. Her knowledge and soft spoken manner are comforting. I strongly challenge any negative comment regarding Doctor Ogawa. The health field needs more Doctors like her. Thank you Mercy for having Doctor Ogawa among your team.

Dr. Shellee L.K. Ogawa did not adequately examine someone I know well for debilitating urethra pain. No test was given; only minutes were spent telling this person they probably needed a psychiatrist. She is worthless unless you have a common condition with glaringly apparent symptoms.
