Had the really nice pleasure of, dealing with Andy & Shelly over the weekend, our car had unfortunately packed up on us and we need to get ourselves another car. Andy dealt with us so honestly and professionally, answered all our questions, showed us around several cars, but we settled on an Audi A3 Sport, obviously not a issue with us taking it for our test drive. A great buying experience in many ways! Andy was friendly but not pushy and I felt confident buying the car especially as he’d fitted some new parts at no extra cost. The paperwork was seamless and everything fully explained so a massive thanks to Shelly for that side of things. I think this couple just want buyers to be happy with their purchase, genuinely sell decent vehicles and would address any issues that may occur in a reasonable timeframe.
