Amazing and fast service. My technician Jose was great.
This was not the first time Erik has helped us. On this trip Erik had to spend a good amount of time on the phone with factory technical help to identify the source of the problem with our tankless water heater, the result being a new circuit board being ordered for installation next week. He then installed a better angle stop than the original builder's model on a leaking toilet, and replaced the faulty float. We're looking forward to having him back again.
Jesse responded quickly when I called and was there the same day. He gave me three different options and handled everything professionally and promptly. We will use Shellback again and recommend their services.
