I gave this company a second chance after they messed up my first insurance claim two years ago. I was trying to see if they would make it right, and I was told they would, and I said I would help them as much as I could try and recoup any money from the last claim if possible. I called my insurance company reopened the claim sent whatever information was needed to both the insurance company and Shell to help.
