Out of order
April 9, 2024 and both charging stations are still inoperative. They no longer show up on the Shell app either. I think these stations are permanently disabled.
02/23/24: both chargers still out of order
Both chargers out of order.
Terrible..the app can't activate the charger...customer service can't recognise if there is a problem with the station ..$10 in credit to the garbage and I was almost out of charge
