I rarely write reviews, but I have to recommend that EV drivers AVOID Shell charging stations whenever physically possible. As an EV driver for over 5 years, I have consistently had the most expensive, most technical difficulties, most challenges reaching support staff, and overall worst experience using their app/stations than any other company to date. Their app locks you out immediately for 30 minutes with an incorrect password, none of the password reset links work (403/404 errors every time), their support service quote... read more
It works, has 3 CCs and 3 Chademo plugs. But it’s too expensive! $26.40/hr which is like 44cents/min as opposed to electrify Canada’s 27c/min. Would probably not charge here again
