I needed some foundation issues assessed. Doug was easy to work with, and presented all the information clearly and thoroughly from start to finish. He was very helpful in answering my questions and giving me a realistic overview of the areas of concern, minor problems that I can DIY, and things that are a non-issue. Even just initial structural assessment was very valuable and worth the money.
Slow and unprofessional communication. If you have questions about something they will call mutual business associates and talk about you behind your back. Yikes! I would NOT recommend.
Highly recommend! Our experience with Richard was great, he was very helpful and responsive!
