I had an appointment for Saturday to be fitted for a mask for C-pap ,I was told they would send me a reminder on Friday for my appointment, I never received the call. So on Saturday when I called for the address after hour gave me the address but said it’s closed on the weekends, I complained about having an appointment. Take me off your list you have been calling on a weekly basis and I do not do business with you my Dr, will not do business with you either!! So why do you keep calling, it's a form of harassment!!! three years alway at night!!! When I called you 1866-I do not get a live person!!!!! to STOP CALLIN ME!!!
RecommendedAwesome place to go I recommend it to anybody who needs to get a CPAP. Their staff is kind and courteous.
I had a sleep study and was prescribed a CPAP machine. It took them 18 months to figure out they weren’t getting paid. They showed up at my door one day and demanded the machine. After several phone calls, I found out THEY had filed the original paperwork incorrectly. Now they are harassing me, and threatening me. I have told them I had to go back to the doctor, and will have to have another sleep study done. All because of THEIR mistake.
they answer phone with robot and request you leave a message. this months I called them 57 times, got one return call and successfully reached a real person 2x. last week ordered something that is necessary and should have received Mon of this week. got through again today and it hadn't been sent out. if you can't drive and have no one to run errands for you. too bad do sad. they have a contract with Medicare to deliver c-pap and oxygen. no concern for patients at all. if you are not mobile, oh well. slc and robe co in gener... read more
I received my first CPAP machine. I don't believe it's working properly. I tried to contact Rotech for support. The first time I called, nobody answered the phone. I left a message to call me back. The next day I called several times. Still nobody answered the phone. I left a second message. The third day I contacted my doctor's office. It's been a week now and neither of us can get a response from Rotech. How do these people stay in business? I will be filing a complaint with Medicare. Very poor service!! Almost 2 months waiting for them to pick up equipment!
