Tony at Shell Lake Boat Marina is the definition of a good human. Today is the 4th of July, first time getting our boat in the water for the season, and our tilt trim decides to quit on us. The marina is closed for the holiday, which makes total sense, but that leaves us pulling over on the side of the road, doing our best to troubleshoot it ourselves, when a guy walks up out of nowhere. A trailer bunk broke off while I was putting the boat in the water. I am an hour and a half from home and was unsure what to do I remember there being a marina on the lake, so I looked it up and called them. Everybody there was 100% helpful, They got my trailer in and fixed last minute and saved me from much more of a headache than I already had. 100% big shout out to this business right here. If you need something, give them a call!!!
