I walked into the Shell insurance office and I was treated soooo nasty! I am renting a building next to him (which I don't think he realized) and I wanted to inquire about liability insurance. Before I could even say anything he starts waving me out and saying he doesn't want any!!! I was so confused so I laughed and said its about insurance...he STILL held his arm up and waved me out and repeated whatever nasty things he was saying! So I go home and I call.
