Barely walked in to try and open a business account, they wanted car insurance, social, DL and some other stuff. Didn't even get a chance to talk to someone to see what they had to offer. I had heard nothing but good things about shell federal credit union. I think I'll pass now.
I hesitated at first while doing my research, but when I realized how small they were at the time I decided to open up an account. Miss D who worked up front was very pleasant. Marissa was the representative who helped me through the entire process and was also pleasant to work with and patient, she knew what she was doing and you can tell. Nice clean facility for where it is located.
We have been with them about 3 years now and one thing I absolutely love about this bank, is they do monitor things for fraud. If something looks suspicious they call to verify if it was us making the charge, and if they cannot get a hold of you, they shut it down rather than allowing your account to be drained by scammers. Thankfully I have had 2 different instances where they caught scammers and thieves and I am so grateful because I could have been a victim if they hadn't caught that.
