Really easy to set up an appointment and reception staff are really patient, they know all the answers to every question without you feeling like it’s inconvenient or time wasting and don’t rush you off the phone or out the surgery door. The Nurse and Dr work well together, we weren’t rushed out the door, they worked as a team to do both immunisations for my daughter at the same time instead of one leg at a time and listed to everything I said and didn’t hesitate to be more over cautious than ‘she’ll be right’. Been attending this clinic for years, excellent doctors, great staff , best decision we made for our health!
Always great service from all doctors within this practice. If your regular doctor is not available another dr can easily read the notes and assist.
Made a booking over the phone turned up early and then they said I didn’t have one. Also not taking any new patients. Absolute joke
So so glad I found Dr Mitchell. She is just absolutely amazing. Would recommend her to anyone
