Really easy to set up an appointment and reception staff are really patient, they know all the answers to every question without you feeling like it’s inconvenient or time wasting and don’t rush you off the phone or out the surgery door. The Nurse and Dr work well together, we weren’t rushed out the door, they worked as a team to do both immunisations for my daughter at the same time instead of one leg at a time and listed to everything I said and didn’t hesitate to be more over cautious than ‘she’ll be right’.
