Dr Shell is a very good professional and caring Doctor who did an awesome job with my keloids. His staff is genuine and caring. The receptionist was awesome. I highly recommend him!!!!!
I made an appointment with Dr. Shell to have 3 osteoma's removed. From the initial call to set up an appointment (the office ladies are wonderful and you can hear the smiles over the phone) to scheduling was a breeze. I went in for my consult and was scheduled for surgery 2 weeks out. Surgery day went great. I arrived at the surgery center at 7:30 am. Surgery was scheduled for 9am. Dr. Shell and his team provide an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff is incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming you truly feel appreciated both when you arrive and when you leave.
