Ridiculously long wait times, more than an hour when it's a full line up. Not the cleanest wash as they skimp out on soap and cleaning products to save money.

I visited the Shell Car Wash in Ajax on a very cold day (Jan 24, 9:30 PM), specifically because Google Maps showed minimal wait time and indicated that the car wash was open. However, when I arrived, the car wash was closed. The attendant informed me that they had run out of chemicals. This closure was not reflected on Google Maps, where the car wash still appeared open.
