I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Shell car wash. The first time, the dryer didn’t work and my car came out completely wet. I told the employee, but he insisted it was working because it worked for the next customer. I asked for a code to go back in and dry my car, but he refused, saying the system wouldn’t allow it. Horrible car wash! Their dryer never works. Unfortunately I have to go coz of convenience of location but not the quality you expect from shell. The dryer NEVER works full 70 second, infact the most recent time it only ran for 9 seconds! The other times 20-30 seconds, no more.
