I have been a subscriber for many years. My cars are now left dirty after wash. I know I only use the express service. But still. It should at least wash the dirt off. I take it every week. My cars are not that dirty.
Waste of money. Barely working. Hood spinner didn't spin to clean my grill, hood, windsheild, roof, ect... Not enough rinse water so my car was covered in suds when it was over. Gonna have to go wash it by hand now. -_-
Paid for the ultimate (16.99) and it stopped working less than half way through. Went in for a refund. The worker was a bit rude. They gave me a free wash. Great. I had to sign something and date it and I was able to see this happens to many customers and the car wash frequently stops working mid wash. Anyway I took my free wash and brought my car through the wash. Happy that they fixedSame thing happened. Wash stopped half way though. I left the lot with my car soapy and dripping to find another car wash.
