I paid for the Ultimate+ car wash at Shell, which includes a ceramic coating spray, but the experience was disappointing. The ceramic coating light was blinking, but the sprayer just moved around the car without spraying anything. On top of that, the wash itself wasn’t even good — there were still spots and dirt left on the car. I paid extra expecting a premium service, but it definitely didn’t deliver. Shell needs to fix this.
