Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this Shell location. On June 15, 2025, their automatic car wash severely scratched the side of my vehicle. The damage is patterned, uniform, and clearly caused by the internal machinery — not by another car or external object. For two weeks I tried to speak with a manager.
