I just took my parents SUV through this car wash last night. It's nice they put brushes back in, it did a great job and didn't scratch anything. Don't listen to the negative reviews, also you save 10% if you're a BCAA member.
It is no longer touchless and it's still a piece of garbage. Their wheel guide scratched my XC90's wheels and somehow on various other parts of the car and it's wash quality is poor at best. This location used to have the absolute best touchless was many years ago (2008-2010) sort of thing. I can't help but feel this is ownership going as cheap as possible... It sucks. Don't use it.
Car wash is No Longer Touch less. Stay away if you don’t want your car to be covered in swirl marks.
