DO NOT GO HERE. The machine rubber bristles destroyed the paint on my car. I tried to reach customer service but the AI operater keeps hanging up on me. I eventually emailed the manager and he said he looked into his surveillance camera and decided that they were not at fault. I could hardly take clear pictures with my high end iphone camera because the scratches are so hard to catch on camera, but somehow he was able to see the tiny scratches in the video camera after I drove off the car wash. Corrupt business.

Updating my review. Previously 1 star. The upgraded JetX car wash is a massive improvement! My car looks pretty good and didn't get noticeably scratched this time. Good option for a quick, affordable wash.
