Called them for a quote on repairing my car 4 weeks ago. They told me they would get back to me in a few days with a price and never did.
Replaced my starter on my Dodge Caravan. The next day it wouldn't start. Mr. Shell raced over to my work to diagnose the problem. I guess batteries aren't meant to last 10 years. He worked with me on getting it started and running, and had an honest conversation with my wife and I about whether it was time to trade the old girl in. I will be a customer for life, though I hope my new Nissan doesn't visit too soon.
Super helpful and extremely polite. Debbie is the sweetest. Straightforward and honest, definitely recommend if you need work.
