This Shell station is running some sort of con game by fraudulently tacking on a $13 car wash to a fuel fill-up using the Shell app. I use the Shell app practically every week at my home town Shell and never had an issue. I was passing through Waldorf one day and decided to get fuel at this Waldorf location. It took 2 transactions to fill my tank since I have my app set to limit transactions to $30.
