Friendly workers, good selection of beer, clean restrooms!!!!
Highly incompetent employees at the counter. They have no idea how to process payment. I wanted to pay for gas in store using the shell app. I displayed my QR code on my phone, and the screen had clear instructions for the employees, instructing them to process the payment as card and then scan the QR code. The employees, both the team member and the manager, said that their system did not take the shell app. Which is a lie, because I filtered the shell locations in the app to only show the ones that accept mobile pay, and t... read more
