DO NOT GO HERE! I was recently told that my jeep could not pass state inspection because of a leaky exhaust system. This would cost me $650 to get fixed in order to pass. I decided to take it to the jeep dealership to get it fixed. On the drive, I noticed my jeep started to wobble at 45 mph, even though I just had my steering stabilizer changed a month before. If I had the ability to give them 0 stars I would. I enjoyed the service station when Brian was working there. On Saturday July 16, 2016 my husband and I took my car to get the front and rear brakes and rotors replaced. When we picked the car up and drove it home, which is conveniently 1.5 miles away, my car starts making this loud thudding noise (only when the brakes are pressed). Went in on Mother's day to fill a propane tank. Manager wanted $26 to fill a 20lb tank. My usual supplier, Tractor Supply, only charges $10 for the same size tank. Would have paid $15, even $20 because I was in a rush, but not $26. Told manager price too high, he basically told me I was full of S, and I was "dreaming" that they would sell it to me for that. TOTALLY EMPTY, it takes 4.4 gallons of propane at $2.29/gal at TS. Do the math. What a rip-off!

Be very weary of any business associated with Joe Parsley. He shows no remorse over selling a faulty car to a family and leaving two mothers and a baby girl on the side of the I-70. He sold me a car from his shell station. After two weeks, I had to replace the entire engine because he put stop leak in the system, to quickly sell it to my unsuspecting family. An awesome cashier works here. I went in on a Saturday night to ask if I could get cash back on my credit card payment because I needed some cash for the tolls in order to get back to Williamsburg. He wasn't able to help me because you can only get cash back on debit cards. He directed me to the ATM but I didn't have any debit cards with me. Instead, he gave me $2 cash out of his own pocket in order for me to get home. I was going to take my car here for a State Inspection, but when I called them, the man told me that he was too busy to answer my questions. Our entire conversation was under 2 minutes. I took my car to Goodyear on Monticello instead and was very pleased with the customer service and work done on my car. As a result, Jamestown Rd. Service Center lost $1100 in revenue because they didn't want to answer a couple of questions :))

This is one of the worst gas station in Delaware area... Owner of this gas station is bobby... Always he asks their employees to punch higher prices than the scan prices.. When u visit make sure to not to pay using ur card payments... If you did, they will swallow ur money and make sure to check your reciept

While visiting Williamsburg, we took our vehicle to Jamestown Service Center for tire rotation and balance, and were charged for both. In fact, they did NOT rotate the tires, and balanced them with a large amount of crusted gravel on the tires. Returning the following day because the shimmy was worse, they did not offer to rebalance without the road buildup. The entire job had to be redone elsewhere. I have contacted them two times to ask for a bill adjustment and had no return contact. Very poor business practices.
