Great customer service, but the machine at the pump steals your loyalty rewards from Giant. Do not use your Giant loyalty rewards at the pump. Go inside and have them put it on the system inside. I was supposed to have $.20 off the gallon, but the machine at the pump rang it up without me even putting gas in my car and it took my loyalty rewards away. Now my loyalty balance is showing zero when I never gassed up.
