I took my car to this Shell gas station mechanic only to find out what the issue was. Before checking the car, no one informed me that there would be a charge for inspection. After the check was done, I was told I had to pay just for checking. This is poor communication and unprofessional. Customers should be told about fees before any work is done.
This location cheated me on two different visits by cutting off the pump and ending the sale after $20, preventing me from getting my full Giant reward discount. I won’t return.
