It’s bad enough the gas is more expensive than the neighboring place and there is all type of illegal activity here but then you have to leave your vehicle and come to the window to have your gas approved when you pay at the pump. Went there on August 28, 2025 to put $20 worth of gas in my car. The pump stopped at $15 and he told me it would be back on my card the next day and it’s not up there and no one’s answering the phone. this is the second time this happened at this gas station on 3333Naylor rd MD. The Guy act like he don’t want me to get the money back i’m gonna call corporate.

Horrible. They always tell women they don’t have any bonus points. This is totally unacceptable and something needs to be done about this. I have several points and this is the 3rd time they said I didn’t. I enter my correct number and then it just goes to the regular screen. If they enter it for you they will say none when you know you have them. I’m calling the BBB on them and file a discrimination complaint
