The light skin young lady that usually works on the night maybe one or two morning shifts is very rude and always on her phone every time someone says something to her she always asking them to repeat their self if she wasn't on her phone all day she would hear the customers this is not the first time she has been rude this is bad for business and very unprofessional I will never return to this location as long as she is employed there I work too hard for my money to be spending it somewhere that doesn't have decent customer... read more
Says it opens a 5am on Google and I have to drive all the way to Baltimore figured I'd hit gas station close to home because it opens so early and it's my time to go to work but it's not so this is why you don't do local ma and pa stations and everyone goes to big corporate because of convience do better if ya want local business
I utilized pump 4 on 11/20/25 and the pump kept cancelling my transaction sale, prompting me to go inside of the Shell station to pay. After leaving, I received a text and e-mail from my A. Express card stating that I was being charged $200 and it had been declined. (I was only getting $45 worth of gas) I called the Shell station to tell Ms. Anita that I think that the pump may have a skimmer on it and she just brushed me off.
