I usually stop in at least once a week in the morning and the staff are very welcoming and polite. I recently stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for gas and met the store manager and his wife who are very friendly. He helped with using points. This was most important as I always use 93 grade. I really appreciate their customer service. Thanks
Seriously the worst place to stop off a highway ever. Non functioning bathroom and extremely rude owner/attendant. AVOID at all costs.
I have used the Shell Station in Smyrna, DE, as my primary source of gasoline for nearly eight years. The prices have varied – especially during the Pandemic – but one thing hasn’t changed. The cheerful, smiling face of Raj, the primary attendant I’ve dealt with over that time. He is invariably helpful - including this morning when the newly installed software on two pumps refused to accept my Shell card for payment.
