Great place all-around. The auto shop does quality work and they're honest. The store has an immaculate froyo selection and everything is clean and well maintained, including the car wash. They saved me a few bucks and got me back on the road, cleaner than arrival.
Ryan and Macie , two employees literally just chased me out of there. This shell has some crazy workers. Never in my life have I experienced something so crazy. How does the manager let a male employee intimidate a female customer like this ? He was cussing. Followed me to my car. Twice. Macie came after me like she was going to fight me. The best customer service with the friendliest staff and long-time employees who always make you feel welcome. They have frozen yogurt, a car wash, and plenty of gas pumps, there’s rarely a wait, and they’re always in working! Mechanic shop in the back is a huge bonus, and a variety of options for quick shop offers inside. They setup huge Bengals merch shop outside during football season. I've been fueling up here for over 20 years, and it just keeps getting better!
I've worked at the repair garage at Shell with them for 4yrs now I've seen Rob do some very fair and kind things for our customers they are wonderful people to work for and very honest all around we take pride in our work to our customers they are what make us who we are look forward to many years of making there vehicals safe and being a friend on there side when they need us
