We have not had a good experience with this pool company. The new pool heater we bought has not worked since installation and the company will not assist in finding out what the problem was with it. We ended up having to pay a heating company out of pocket to fix the faulty heater on our own dime. We have a leak in the pool liner (was only installed in October 2022, this is the first season it has been in use) and this company also sloped the concrete around the pool area incorrectly and now our covered porch area beside the... read more

Pretty good pool supply place. Most things out of the ordinary run through Nappanee store which can cause delays.
Well stocked modern store with knowledgeable staff. Plenty of parking.
