A family business that takes their time to help you have a wonderful pool at home!! Very knowledgeable.
We had Shelin come out and support a pool repair this spring and the entire team was wonderful. As a combo DIY and call in the pro's project, Amy supported our initial questions without hesitation making us feel confident and comfortable tackling what we could and when it came to the "stuff" we needed support, the guys did a wonderful job. They were professional, friendly and very efficient. The entire experience was above and beyond our expectations.

We purchased our hot tub 2 months ago and right from the first time I walked I got the store, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. I walked in with zero hot tub knowledge, Amy and Hayley answered every question without making me feel silly for asking. When delivery day came, they sent extra people to help as our back yard delivery was a bit convoluted and difficult. The team were helpful and kind. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company, hired them to do a job. They haven’t done it right and they’ve been back four times highly recommend you do not go with this company. Share the word because I definitely will be.
