We purchased our hot tub 2 months ago and right from the first time I walked I got the store, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. I walked in with zero hot tub knowledge, Amy and Hayley answered every question without making me feel silly for asking. When delivery day came, they sent extra people to help as our back yard delivery was a bit convoluted and difficult. The team were helpful and kind. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company, hired them to do a job. They haven’t done it right and they’ve been back four times highly recommend you do not go with this company. Share the word because I definitely will be.
I can’t believe how poor the customer service is! You drop 80k on a pool and then they try to charge you $300 more for a part than what you can buy it for online.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I've been a customer for many years and today i was treated very poorly. I needed to order a part for my pool that cost about $200. I needed the part # to confirm its the correct one before spending that much money as we truly dont know much about pools. And abruptly on the phone before I could even speak I get passed off to someone else, probably the manager... and she said "we can't give you the part number for you to just go shop somewhere else.. there is no part number."
