After what I thought was a good experience last fall repairing our hot tub with a new heater, I went to turn on the breaker today and it was tripping the circuit again. I called up Shelin and rather than suggesting something like "well, let's send a tech out to see if the heater blew again and figure this out for you..." the person on the line was seemingly looking for ways to avoid honouring the 1 year warranty on the repair last September. Go somewhere else. Poor customer service, rude staff. Act like they are the only business in the area. Showed up at 7 AM, no prior warning. Pounded on my door like it was an emergency. I got out there upset and the worker just walked away and said "some of us have to work for a living". At least I got my deposit back. This company will not step foot on my property ever again.
