If I could do a negative stars I would! I made an appointment just to get labs done, blood work and such (just to update my files for medication refills). After waiting for a very long time in the office she came to me and told me the lab people had already went home!!! Now I was approximately 10 minutes early for my appointment that was made just for Labs so there's no reason whatsoever they should have sent those lab people home before drawing my blood!
