Dr. Pieczonka refused to order a hormone blood test for me even though I went into medically induced menopause. She wanted me to wait a year although my symptoms were severe and affecting my cancer journey. I now know we can order our own hormone bloodwork from Quest. If you need answers and a doctor will not order a simple blood test, this is an option. She worked harder to get this terrible review than she did with helping with my health. As another reviewer stated, “she is not proactive unless prompted”.

I want to share my experience with this provider during a very difficult medical transition. When I entered medically induced menopause, I felt that my symptoms were not taken seriously or fully evaluated. My concerns were approached as though I were experiencing natural menopa... read more

I have been a patient for many years and honestly have very mixed emotions regarding Dr. Pieczonka. She is personable, but not very proactive until prompted. I also am very frustrated with her patient portal messaging system. I quite honestly don't know why she has it as her Nurses' answers after numerous questions always end up being "you need to make an appointment with Dr. Pieczonka".
