Asked for a quote for a substantial chunk of work. They sent an engineer to spec out the job a week later, who was very thorough, then absolute radio silence. It's been two months now. They aren't responding to emails, left messages, just completely ghosting. Don't bother with them.
I've been a customer of Shelford for almost 30 years, during which time they have been outstanding in every respect, first when I had an oil boiler and then after they installed a gas boiler. I'm writing a review now following a breakdown in my CH which, given the cold spell, was quite an emergency. They turned out quickly and fixed the problem, at a reasonable price.
