As i went to handover to see my investment property for the first time i walked in to what was meant to be finished i was shocked to see the poor quality of the build from floor popping up everwhere , overchecked in door latches, missing clauking , plasterpatches not done. Still 3 months later defects have still not been completed. Communications is so poor you are treated like a number .
STAY AWAY I’ve had an awful experience with Shelford. It’s not just that my home took • 1 year to become contract-ready on a fully already-designed home, • 3.5 years to build, • and 1.5 years (and counting) to resolve defect issues.
