As i went to handover to see my investment property for the first time i walked in to what was meant to be finished i was shocked to see the poor quality of the build from floor popping up everwhere , overchecked in door latches, missing clauking , plasterpatches not done. Still 3 months later defects have still not been completed. Communications is so poor you are treated like a number .
STAY AWAY I’ve had an awful experience with Shelford. It’s not just that my home took • 1 year to become contract-ready on a fully already-designed home, • 3.5 years to build, • and 1.5 years (and counting) to resolve defect issues. We can't recommend Shelford enough. Clay, Shannon, Greg and the wider Shelford team provided us with outstanding service and made an inherently stressful endeavour feel very relaxed and easy.
