The worst builder ever. I would give it zero stars if I could. I signed a contract in April 2024 with the house yet to be practically completed. They have breached their contract a number of times and any notice or attempt to rectify this or come to an agreement falls on deaf ears. I have almost gone bankrupt because of these guys. Avoid at all costs.
DODGY BUILDERS !! DONT USE THEM. Initial contract signed: September 2023 First deposit paid: 17 October 2023 Second deposit paid: 25 March 2024 Building permit received: September 2024 Concrete slab completed: 13 November 2024 As of MAY 2026, the project remains incomplete.

As i went to handover to see my investment property for the first time i walked in to what was meant to be finished i was shocked to see the poor quality of the build from floor popping up everwhere , overchecked in door latches, missing clauking , plasterpatches not done. Still 3 months later defects have still not been completed. Communications is so poor you are treated like a number .
