We bought two of their Maximizer units few years ago. Now the plastic that the organizer straps is made out of has shrunk, making the tracks too tight for the cans to roll, the next notch in the straps is too wide. It’s a simple fix, but they don’t publish a phone number and the only contact is a web form. I ended up removing one end of the straps, but now I’ve got can falling making a mess.
