They now have 2 locations! Trade zone and Snell avenue. I'm a die hard hobbyist and visit all the bay area locations of every hobby store. I love walking in and seeing all the merchandise they have. Trade zone has a HUGE selection, by far the biggest I know of in San Jose/San Francisco. Trade zone's parts selection is ENORMOUS! Check it out yourself, pretty cool.
Best Selection in Bay area for sure. If they don't have it they can get in as little as next day! If you have an issue or want to buy an R/C car I recommend you going here.
Don't know how a business like this has a worse Customer Services I ever see. Rude and give you attitude when all you want is just buy items from them. I'll never come back.
staff is nice and helpful, had a problem with a rc boat that purchased from them. They took care of it on the spot no questions asked, they actually swapped it for a new one. Been very happy with there customer care.
