I received the absolute best customer service from Gino at Sheldon’s Flowers!! I called at almost 5 PM on Friday evening of prom night and Mother’s Day weekend, and while they were overwhelmed with orders, they agreed to help me and get an order out for Mother’s Day to a very very special person who needed and deserved the incredible arrangement they sent! Not only was the service a 10 out of 10 the flowers themselves were also a 10 out of 10!! Thank you for everything!!
I’m not very experienced when it comes to ordering floral or funeral arrangements, but I had a great experience with Sheldon’s Flowers. Geno answered the phone and patiently walked me through several options, really helping guide me in the right direction. His experience was obvious—you could tell right away he grew up in the business. Cheers to Sheldon’s and Geno for excellent customer service!
