Charged me $ 250 to take take apart a snowmobile they where suppose to rebuild. The tech left and they never finished the job .
No communication between staff members(counter people and shop). Poor customer service. Owner called back after being told we were towing it else where for service. Sheldon himself was rude, pissy, and unhelpful when he called back. Would not recommend at all.

Came to visit Ottertail for the week and day 1 the cable on my borrowed boat lift broke. These guys helped me get the parts I needed. They saved my week!
Eye sore. It provides a service but all of the cars parked everywhere amongst the other beauty of the lake country is less than desirable.
