Always get the run around, was even flat-out lied to this past week. I get there are policies, but I have had the same doctors for over 15 years, even they get frustrated with always having to call. So on March 17 I called to see if my prescription was ready. Was told yes. Got a call back it needed to be ordered. I asked how could they say it was ready and now it is not ready and needs to be ordered? I got some stammered response that I could get it the following day when it comes in but they are out of stock and thats that.... read more

The lady that runs the prescriptions and counter here is ao ridiculous. I will catch her name next time we are in there. She thinks she trumps doctors prescriptions. My husband had to argue with this lady to get his pain meds and explain that he just had ANOTHER surgery, not that it is any of her business at all! He was supposed to get them 3 days ago when he got out of surgery but they were miraculously out of stock which I dont believe because this lady gives us a hard time all the time for these medications.
