My daughter switched to this place with her braces and we have been so happy with the service! My daughter had a huge overbite and we were told by a different provider we had to break her jaw and reset it, but when we switched to this place and found out we could do springs in her mouth instead, we were elated. Two and a half years later, her smile looks great and we couldn't be happier. I am not one to write negative reviews. However my fiancé and I had a very Poor experience with one of Sheldons assistance. she is the older blond hair lady (not the kind receptionist). Her name I won’t give for her own safety. This lady first off started by making a rude claim about my personal orthodontist. Saying they are the reason my teeth are crooked. (She’s the one that said they were crooked) after examining my fiancé’s teeth making rude insults the whole time she proceeded to talk about insurance. We were told over ... read more
