What disaster! i confirmed the appointment for my 97 year old mother, I told them that i was hiring an ambulette because she is in a wheelchair and immobile. that would have been the opportunity to tell me the office is NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. BUT THEY WERE SILENT AND SAID NOTHING. imagine my surprise after navigating an ambulette appointment, traveling through construction and traffic in it, and arriving to find the wheelchair could not go to the office. Terrible! I just needed to have the wax removed from my ears. He started in my left ear, I felt something was coming out, then he stopped and said that I needed to use a vacuum. I did not get any relief like I normally get when he is done. I never use the Q-tip in my ears, but the next day, I had a hunch, end up getting a blob of wax on the Q-tip, along with some blood.
