Too high turnover. Very little concern for residents or employees. Very poor management!!!!! Highly understaffed!!

Pay your employees a living wage so they don't quit. Too much staff turnover. The wait staff has to cook most days at the Willow Glen facility. Unacceptable when your residents pay nearly $8000 monthly for a tiny cramped apartment. Nothing but a money making operation, taking advantage of the elderly.
