When an appointment is made for a specific time and I work for a living and have to leave work and not get paid and left my job in order to be in time for the appointment but have to pay the dentist quote of bit of money out of my own pocket due to hdhp I expect some professional courtesy . I understand delays but if I come either early to be on time, 15 minutes leeway I understand not 1/2 hour. I could have not been docked for another 1/2 hour of work time Not right. 35 minute so far wait time...
Just moved to NY and needed to see a specialist. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Angela & Amanda were amazing and the doctor was very thorough and professional. Definitely recommend.
I have to complement the receptionist at WNY Dental, Trish. As I waited for me wife to be treated by DDS S. Sealey, who by the way my wife was very pleased with, I witness the receptionist dealing with several patients. She was professional, understanding and personable when dealing with patients and their issues. I have over 35 years experience myself dealing with people and I can say to DDS Sealey that this young lady, Trish is an asset to your establishment.
