I went in an ambulance when I had an accident and got my arm cut pretty deep. They had me waiting in the waiting room for a while then finally got me to a room. This male Russian doctor stitched me but he told me to stop crying and he told my husband to stop comforting me and overall was just rude. Tbh idk why the ambulance took me here when Peter Lougheed was closer.

Went there on the weekend due to tooth pain, and having symptoms of an infection, just wanted to get antibiotics until my scheduled dentist appointment because my symptoms were getting worse by the day. Long story short, they told me I had no fever, no infection and there was nothing they could do for me. I left the hospital in tears because I know my body and nobody there seemed to believe me. Was walking across the street from the urgent care yesterday and there was a person in distress. I spoke with security inside and within a couple of minutes a Dr. was on scene to assess his well being. Thank you for showing this person the compassion we all deserve.
