The dental clinic in this hospital changed my perspective on healthcare in Canada and has given me the drive to continue to be nice to people. Special shout out nurse Parveen and doctor Simon & Elaison, all staff of the Dental clinic, they are so so amazing. They treated my root canal in less than 48hours. I understand that a nurse job can be stressful at times. Please remember the people who come need your help.
I went here last night and I was very impressed with all the staff members from the security officers who were very attentive and alert, the high peace officer presence, the triage nurses and registration staff, nurses and doctor everyone was incredible. It was quite a long wait which is normal for urgent care but I was amazed with the care I received. Huge thank you to nurse Kim and Dr.Scott for the amazing care they provided me.
