I left a voice mail requesting assistance with a family matter on 6/26/25. As of 07/01/25, no return call. Very poor customer service.
Very unprofessional, doesn't explain or help. Attorney expected me to know what he knows if I did I wouldn't need an attorney. He stopped representing me instead of asking the court for an extension. Which I had to do myself and was easily granted. Complaint filed with state bar. Don't use this unknowledgeable baffoon. Will sue for breach of contract as he was already contracted though MetLife. Already have an investigation with MetLife to have attorney removed from their services.
