Farmington Family Physicians has been in business since 1976. Our goal is to provide the best high-quality medical care to our patients. We have eight family practice physicians consisting of seven medical doctors and one osteopathic physician. Our practice is here to supply medical care to patients of all ages. We have an on-site laboratory and X-ray department to accommodate our patients.

Dr Stern was our family doctor for years when we lived in Farmington, MI. He came as a recommendation from several family and friends and we couldn't have been happier! We enjoyed having Dr Stern as our family physician. He took the time to talk with us, was kind with great bedside manner, and didn't throw pills at us. He had a more holistic approach. Everyone in the family (husband, wife, son, and daughter) loved him and wish we could have taken him with us when we moved to Texas!

Dr. Stern is an engaged and very knowledgeable Dr. I have seen him for many years and trust his expert opinion.
I have been seeing Dr. Stern for a number of years! I have never had a problem with him, the staff or treatment issues! I had a friend come with me the last visit and she was very impressed with the whole set up!
This review is less about dr stern n more about his office staff. Very unhelpful and unprofessional. Took my name and number to call back for appointment n never did. Then remained unapologetic when I called back. Only appeared interested in insurance type/info and if I had auto claim etc. tried explaining that it was non of that n that I have been reassigned a PCP due to insurance change to no avail. Staff needs urgent training in patient assistance
I have recommended Dr. Stern to my family & friends. I have been a patient for more than 15 years. Dr. Stern is a qualified, friendly and compassionate physician. He goes above and beyond to help you with your medical care. Dr. Stern and his staff have always treated me and my family with respect. I will continue to use Farmington Family Physicians / Envision.
Dr. Stern is very capable, compassionate and an excellent Dr.. He listens to concerns and then discusses options. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
I was never able to see Dr. Stern because of the office staff. They refused to call my insurance company and to obtain my info ( I lost my insurance card) They told me not to come in if I didn't have my insurance info. Horrible office staff.
didn't explain condition, or give a course of treatment. no follow up action plan. when called for help referred me to an orthopedic dr.
